Who can request a GMIND mentor?
Young men who desire guidance, personal growth, and support in navigating life, career, values, and leadership. Typically, our mentees are between ages 15–35, but anyone genuinely seeking growth can apply
Is this mentorship free?
Yes. GMIND mentorship is offered as a support initiative. In some cases, you may need to commit time and seriousness, but there is no fee to connect with a mentor
How are mentors selected?
GMIND mentors are carefully vetted men of character, experience, and positive values who are committed to guiding younger men responsibly
How does the matching process work?
After you register, we review your needs, goals, and interests. We then match you with a mentor whose experience and strengths fit your growth journey
How often will I meet my mentor?
This depends on the agreement between you and your mentor. Most mentorship relationships involve periodic check-ins (monthly or bi-weekly)
Is mentorship physical or online?
Both options are possible. Many mentorship sessions happen virtually, while some may occur in person depending on location and availability
What is expected from me as a mentee?
You are expected to:
