• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and courtesy throughout the program.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program.

3. Commitment:

• Participants agree to fully engage in all program activities, including community service projects and networking events.
• Failure to comply with program requirements may result in loss of benefits and alumni privileges.

4. Intellectual Property:

• Content provided during the program (e.g., presentations, materials) is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Changes to the Program:

• HEquip reserves the right to modify the program schedule, topics, facilitators, or venues as needed. Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.

6. Liability:

• HEquip will not be held liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during participation in the program.
